it felt so great playing again. :D

after the insanely tiring running, to walking, to trudging and dragging my feet (and wanting to fall forward on my knees then sideways on my arm) carrying all the equipment (amplifier, guitar, cables, extension cords, the keyboards and its ginormous adapter, bag, racket, etc.) from the high school (1-3 floors up) to the 4th floor of the sports complex (i did this around 6 times, and thank you to abe for offering to help), being able to play onstage again (even if we were only able to play one song because--) was very rewarding (i got to use my baby). we played dark blue again, but this time it ended well and the crowd was a fun crowd. it was good considering the lack of practice. :| thank you to jarvin and bj who offered to help with setting up. thank you especially to carlof who really helped a lot . :D

i'd really like to congratulate the organizers of varsity night, as well as all the varsities. wonderful job. it was a success. :D

when varsity night ended, the thought that i had to bring down all the equipment and return the keyboards to the music room really drained my morale. i was really really glad when apollo (yes, i approve) brought the amplifier down, when luj brought the guitar down, when raffy brought the cables down, when tobie, moogs, and raf carried the keyboards to the music room, and when they helped carry our things to the car. THANK YOU (and thank you to moogs for the beer HAHA).

thank you to banananation and mango float for making it as well. :D

it was very exhausting, but worth the effort (another reward being cold rock).
i feel the arm muscles forming. :|

now there's nothing but dark blue. :)
